Saara Turunen is an internationally acclaimed and award-winning author, playwright and director. Many of her works examine the themes of art, identity and social norms. Turunen is known for her novels Hyena Days, Irrational Things, The Bystander and Love/monster as well as for her plays. Her works have been translated into several languages and they’ve been performed around the world.
